  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
  • Understands the funding flow process.
  • Works with new and existing clients and processors to ensure programs conform to bank requirements regarding processing, funding, functionality, settlement, and reporting.
  • Opens and maintains bank and client owned accounts.
  • Analyzes account activity and reconcile accounts by utilizing processor and internally generated reports.
  • Identify outstanding account issues and research to determine the cause and appropriate resolution process.
  • Follows approved process and procedures of opening/closing DDA accounts.
  • Works the refund check and wind down process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
