Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of building and executing successful B2B Enterprise level pipeline creation strategies with 3 years of those focused around Account Based Marketing (ABM / ABX) experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data from Salesforce and ABM platforms to inform account selection, strategies, and higher conversion opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate ideas, concepts, business performance, and marketing impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic and creative thinker, capable of developing innovative strategies and campaigns that drive scalable and predictable pipeline
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on delivering ROI
  • Track record in use of Salesforce, ABX platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo to build the reports and dashboards you need to gain account based insights
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, execution, and stakeholder buy-in of comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that will drive your owned Enterprise pipeline goal
  • Develop and execute targeted integrated Enterprise multi-threaded marketing campaigns and plays across online, offline, and sales channels
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts in collaboration with sales teams to drive impactful campaigns and plays that achieve revenue goals and support Envoy growth
  • Utilize analytics tools to forecast, measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of ABM strategy, initiatives, and programs, ensuring maximum impact and ROI
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, customer insights, and deal drivers to continually inform your ABM Enterprise strategies
  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of our markets, business, and personas through partnership with your marketing, operations, and sales peers
  • Partner closely with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment and understanding of your strategy, campaigns, and motions to ensure success
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective use of resources
