Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology organizations.
- At least 3 years of large-scale Agile coaching experience using methods such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one Agile transformation.
- At least 2 years of recent consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with consulting and facilitation skills for leading technical teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies.
- Experience interacting with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders, teams of engineers, and large groups.
- Experience addressing enterprise issues.
- Experience blending approaches such as Lean, Kanban, Agile, and Scrum.
- Experience in colocated enterprise environments with blended onshore and offshore development.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Project, or another tracking tool used for established documentation.
- Experience with AD.
- One or more related certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Guide and communicate progress and adoption during 8- to 10-week cycles using established metrics.
- Provide examples of adoption and training metrics for incorporation into new organizational standards.
- Coach Scrum teams operating in groups of 6 to 10 within a blended onshore and offshore development model.
- Operate in a colocated, multinational enterprise environment with two-week sprint cycles.
