A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technology organizations.
At least 3 years of large-scale Agile coaching experience using methods such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
Demonstrated experience with at least one Agile transformation.
At least 2 years of recent consulting experience.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
Experience with consulting and facilitation skills for leading technical teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies.
Experience interacting with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders, teams of engineers, and large groups.
Experience addressing enterprise issues.
Experience blending approaches such as Lean, Kanban, Agile, and Scrum.
Experience in colocated enterprise environments with blended onshore and offshore development.
Experience with Jira.
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Project, or another tracking tool used for established documentation.
Experience with AD.
One or more related certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
Responsibilities
Guide and communicate progress and adoption during 8- to 10-week cycles using established metrics.
Provide examples of adoption and training metrics for incorporation into new organizational standards.
Coach Scrum teams operating in groups of 6 to 10 within a blended onshore and offshore development model.
Operate in a colocated, multinational enterprise environment with two-week sprint cycles.

Position: Agile Coach
Location: Tampa. FL
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
Goal of these coaches is to guide and communicate the progress and adoption (using established metrics – Liju would be looking for the candidates to provide examples so he can incorporate to use as the new DTCC standards) in 8 – 10 week cycles.
Scrum Teams are currently aligned in groups of 6 – 10 with a blended on/off-shore development model.
This is a co-location, multi-national environment. Sprint cycles are 2 weeks.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
1. True consultant approach to agile coaching and agile transformation
2. Expectation for excellent documentation and ability to track and keep metrics on adoption and training
3. Experience with colocation enterprise environments and blended on/off-shore development
4. Jira
5. Excel, MS Project (any tracking tool used for established documentation)
6. AD experience

Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies.
Comfortable interacting one-on-one with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders, as well as coaching teams of engineers and presenting to large groups.
One or more related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Open to travel throughout the US and outside the US
