Requirements
  • Three to six years of business-to-business software-as-a-service sales experience.
  • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and handoff, including discovery, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Generate pipeline and create new opportunities through outbound efforts, events, and creative approaches.
  • Sell to complex organizations by engaging stakeholders across information technology, security, human resources, and operations.
  • Refine messaging and positioning with the founders using customer insights to strengthen positioning and sales materials.
  • Help define scalable sales playbooks, processes, and systems, including customer relationship management structure, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Represent Ravenna externally by engaging with customers, attending events, and building market relationships.

It automates internal support tasks, enabling teams to respond faster and more accurately, and it integrates directly with Slack so employees can get help where they already communicate.
