Responsibilities
  • Establish, implement, and manage measurable KPIs for the SDR and Business Developer teams in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability and progress toward goals.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports and performance dashboards covering sales activity, pipeline development, conversion rates, and team performance for senior leadership.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPI attainment, trends, performance gaps, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify underperformance, implement corrective action plans, and monitor improvement.
