Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware through Jira Service Desk.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in person, email, or remote assistance.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Hardware/Software Installation: Install and configure software applications, computer hardware, and peripherals.
  • Network Management: Assist in maintaining network connectivity, and performance for the Nursa HQ office in Murray, UT.
  • Software Access Control: Manage employees’ access to software, including setting up user accounts and permissions.
  • Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect corporate IT systems and data.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to users on new technologies or software applications.
  • System Upgrades: Assist in upgrading systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to resolve complex issues and contribute to IT projects.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and updates on systems to ensure functionality.
  • Maintain software and hardware inventory for all IT assets across Nursa’s global workforce and track replacement / upgrade eligibility.
