Chai Urgent Care runs a network of walk-in urgent care clinics in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania that focus on non-emergency medical care with short wait times and extended hours. They offer on-site X-ray services and laboratories, plus rapid tests for flu, COVID-19, strep, and pregnancy, and provide pediatrics, women's health, sports medicine, and occupational medicine, along with telehealth options. Clinics are staffed by physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants. The goal is to provide comprehensive, high-quality, compassionate medical care that is convenient for the whole family and acts as a neighborhood health hub rather than a hospital ER alternative.
