Requirements
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of experience in an acute care setting.
  • Three (3) years prior healthcare supervisory role, with experience in operations.
  • Certification in Occupational Health [COHN or COHNS], or obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • PC proficiency including experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Certified in Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation [CPR].
Responsibilities
  • Operates, monitors, maintains, and supports Employee Health processes in the hospital and in off site locations.
  • Reports to various stakeholders on employee health programs, and fosters a positive work environment, providing outstanding customer service to end-users.
  • Assists the Manager of HR Operations to ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed and quality and service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Manages a team of licensed professionals who perform Employee Health and Occupational Health functions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two years of experience successfully administering Occupational Health, Employee Health, FMLA/ADA, and Workers' Compensation programs.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
