- Inspire a love for Nordic skiing by leading with passion, patience, and professionalism.
- PSIA Level 1 certification is encouraged and can be completed during the season; Level 2 or 3 certification or an international equivalent is preferred.
- At least two seasons of previous instructing experience preferred.
