Requirements
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, recurring bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and complete assembly according to individual contract specifications.
- Bag literature or hoses, sort materials, and operate simple machinery when required.
- Maintain an efficient product flow through restocking, assembly-line work, weighing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Maintain a good attendance record and keep the work area neat and orderly.
- Work with the supervisor to solve problems, adjust to operational or scheduling changes, and accept daily work assignments.
- Communicate material shortages or required services to the supervisor.
- Prepare accurate paperwork for shipped or delivered materials.
- Complete contract work accurately, neatly, and thoroughly according to work instructions and supervisor direction.
- Complete daily production totals and quality reports accurately and legibly.
- Use payroll software to clock in and out.
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Attend safety training and follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Promote positive teamwork among coworkers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
