About the Role:

Aura is looking to add an Associate to our Strategy Team in the Office of the CEO. This team tackles the biggest challenges and highest priorities for the company and serves a key role in facilitating cross-functional alignment. From evaluating new product opportunities to orchestrating the company goal setting process (OKRs), the Strategy Team is instrumental in keeping the business functioning and provides a tremendous learning environment for a highly motivated strategic thinker.

Day to Day:

Build presentations on the analysis of strategic opportunities to varied stakeholders
Drive the creation of materials for communicating business performance to our investors and board of directors
Partner with operating leaders and teams on high-priority projects
Support the development of long-term business strategy and growth opportunities
Build business cases for growth opportunities within the company, partnering across product, go-to-market, and finance teams
Operate at the highest levels of the business

What you bring to the table:

Aptitude for communicating and collaborating across different areas and levels of the organization
Skilled at building presentations for executive and external audiences
Ability to translate complex, data-driven subjects into clear and compelling stories
Willingness to identify and solve problems on your own, while knowing when to ask for guidance
Ability to self-direct and manage conflicting priorities and change across multiple projects
Self-motivated with a natural drive to pursue excellence
Flexibility and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you also had:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Either 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy organization OR 3-5 years in an operating role at a startup or tech company

Pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
