Requirements
  • Experience with standard construction management applications, including Accubid Anywhere, Vista, Bluebeam, Project Site, Procore, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Trimble Materials, Navisworks, and related construction applications.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration, or a technical college degree, with 1–3 years of related discipline experience preferred.
  • Some relevant experience in a multi-trade construction environment is preferred but not required; the posting references 3–5 years.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to type.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight timeframes, respond to requests promptly, communicate effectively as a team member, and multitask.
Responsibilities
  • Champion safety culture by leading by example, upholding safety standards, and supporting best-practice implementation across field and office environments.
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution by coordinating day-to-day scope activities, schedule adherence, cost tracking, and issue resolution, and escalating critical items to Project Managers.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and job cost reports to identify variances and communicate project impacts.
  • Maintain project document control processes and ensure drawings, specifications, logs, and records are accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.
  • Process submittals and requests for information responses to support fabrication and field production activities.
  • Assist with purchase orders, subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and delivery logistics.
  • Interface with field teams to support planning, execution, and problem-solving while ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track changes, risks, and delays; assist with mitigation strategies and change-order development.
  • Assist with invoice review, cost tracking, forecasting inputs, and financial reporting aligned with project budgets and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting the Project Manager in maintaining responsiveness and transparency.
  • Lead or support project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including documentation, punch-list coordination, and turnover requirements.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and support team coordination while developing management and decision-making skills.
  • Pursue hands-on learning, training, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities delegated by executive management.
