  • The portfolio should demonstrate hands-on contribution to scripts, campaign concepts, visual systems, films, and social ideas developed from initial concept to final execution.
  • The candidate should be able to identify cultural sparks, build creative ideas around them, and expand those ideas into experiences audiences can see, participate in, and discuss.
  • The candidate should understand social as a place where culture and creative opportunities are discovered, not merely as a final campaign channel.
Responsibilities
  • Find cultural insights, behaviors, and creative opportunities within social.
  • Turn social-native ideas into large-scale integrated and 360 campaigns.
  • Define campaign platforms, brand narratives, and creative territories.
  • Concept and write alongside the creative team.
  • Write scripts, headlines, manifestos, social copy, creator concepts, and presentation narratives.
  • Build stories that live across multiple cultural touchpoints.
  • Work directly with art directors and designers to shape visual identities, design systems, and campaign worlds.
  • Work directly with editors, directors, and motion teams to shape video, film, and social storytelling.
  • Develop social activations, creator ideas, films, digital out-of-home, experiential work, and partnerships.
  • Create platform-native work designed for participation, conversation, and sharing.
  • Incorporate creators and influencers into the creative idea, not just its distribution.
  • Build visual and verbal systems that scale across a campaign.
  • Contribute wherever needed to elevate the idea, craft, or execution.
  • Use artificial intelligence and emerging creative tools for concepting, prototyping, and visual exploration.
  • Review and actively shape scripts, layouts, edits, motion, design systems, and final assets.
  • Build and refine creative decks and presentation narratives.
  • Present and sell ambitious creative thinking to senior clients.
  • Lead writers, art directors, designers, strategists, producers, and external partners.
  • Partner with the VP, Creative to shape and uphold the overall creative vision.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects while maintaining craft, momentum, and creative consistency.

Monks, S4Capital's digital marketing and technology services company, has appointed Nirvik Singh to its Executive Leadership Team as CEO EMEA Marketing Services, effective 1 October 2026. Singh brings over 35 years of global marketing leadership, most recently serving as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group.
