Requirements
  • Have at least one year of recent and relevant experience in surgery, pediatrics, child psychiatry, and/or palliative care.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and hold a valid permit.
  • Hold current CPR certification.
  • Be available for day, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to a varied inpatient population in surgery and general medicine.
  • Take charge of, assess, and clinically follow cases involving pediatrics, child psychiatry, and palliative care, including end-of-life care.
  • Collaborate with the medical and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and safety of care.
  • Respond calmly, rigorously, and professionally to clinical emergencies.
  • Complete inpatient records accurately and perform the required administrative follow-up.
