Highlights

Total Joint/ Hip & Knee/ General Orthopedic Surgeon
Clinical practice in Albemarle
$60,000 sign on bonus and potential for additional retention bonus
Initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive, Bonus structure based on quality metrics
Inpatient and Outpatient
Weekday Call shared among providers; weekend call covered by Atrium’s weekender and locum team
Office and Clinical hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
4 experienced surgeons, 2 Advanced Care Practitioners
Modern surgical suites with high-definition video capability and other state of the art equipment
EPIC EMR
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and/or Experience Required

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
ACGME-accredited training program completion
Successful Completion of Adult Reconstruction Fellowship (primary/revision hip and knee arthroplasty)
New grads will be considered
