Responsibilities
  • Monitor social channels, identify relevant trends and conversations, and determine which opportunities to pursue.
  • Develop creative angles and ideas for organic social content.
  • Write captions, scripts, and copy for social channels.
  • Find ways to communicate the company's impact and connect customers with stories of people being helped around the world.
  • Write, shoot, and edit short-form video on a phone from start to finish.
  • Pitch ideas for product launches and help execute selected concepts across platforms.
  • Participate in cross-functional campaign briefs with art directors or designers.
  • Contribute to presentations, campaigns, and other broader through-the-line creative projects as part of the Copy team and wider Creative department.
  • Participate in weekly creative brainstorms.

Who Gives A Crap makes eco-friendly toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues from recycled paper or bamboo, sold mainly online via subscriptions and through retailers. The products are biodegradable and free of inks, dyes, and scents, and are produced without virgin trees.
