These engineers build secure, end-to-end solutions. Minimum Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience, at least 3 of which are in a lead or an architect role
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
Excellent big-picture problem-solving skills
Experience with technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, encouraging best practices
Willingness to take ownership and set direction, especially in early-stage projects.
Experience with programming languages (i.e. Java, .Net, Python, C++)
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, cloud computing, and modern development frameworks
BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent (5+ years of software development or production operations experience in a large-scale environment)

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with workflow and task management systems is highly preferred
Knowledge of media operational processes is desirable
Experience with original content production is a plus
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Ability to independently learn and promote new technologies
Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with digital media formats and content management platforms is helpful
Have a belief in automation and tooling as a critical part of the software lifecycle

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
