About the company

Amtraco owns businesses that make industrial tapes, supply products for factory finishing lines, and lease commercial property. Its EPSI business sells caps, plugs and racks that protect or hold parts while they are coated, while Specialty Tapes Manufacturing makes adhesive tapes for bonding, masking and splicing. The group earns money from product sales through stocked and custom orders, alongside rents and property management services through SBM. Customers range from manufacturers seeking protection for parts during production to businesses looking for industrial, office or mixed-use space. Amtraco is headquartered in Franksville, Wisconsin.

What believers are saying

  • STM coating pay has milestone opportunities: performance-based raises are available at 90 days, six months and 12 months.
  • Full-time Atlanta EPSI field specialists receive company health savings contributions when enrolled in Amtraco medical insurance.
  • STM supports multiple project stages: its technical services span pilot trials, product scale-up and high-volume production.

What critics are saying

  • STM coating work is physically demanding: Franksville operators lift 40-60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • EPSI field service involves substantial driving: the Atlanta role requires significant travel by road and a clean driving record.
  • SBM depends on a regional leasing market: its commercial property business targets Greater Milwaukee.

What makes Amtraco unique

  • Amtraco centralizes support: its operating businesses share human resources, technology and finance services.
  • STM develops adhesives internally: its custom solutions draw on in-house research and development.
  • EPSI converts another manufacturer's materials: it is a certified 3M converter for tailored industrial finishing products.
