About the job
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a comparable qualification is required.
- Strong experience with SAP Customer Service (CS) is required.
- Good understanding of SAP Service processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, repairs, billing, and related master data such as equipment and installed base is required.
- Experience with SAP–Salesforce integration or comparable customer relationship management integrations is required.
- Very good service-process experience and cross-functional knowledge of areas such as SAP Sales and Distribution and Materials Management are required.
- Several years of experience in SAP application support and/or implementation projects are required.
- Ability to manage conflict situations is required.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback is required.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and work autonomously is required.
- Flexibility, responsibility, solution-oriented work, teamwork, and good time management are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Familiarity with information technology service and change-management processes is required.
- English communication skills at C1 level and German communication skills at C1 level are required.
- Serve as the business contact for designing and implementing innovative customer-service solutions with SAP Service in the global SAP S/4HANA system.
- Manage the entire development process, from requirements gathering, design, and implementation through stable productive operation of developed solutions.
- Support continuous integration between SAP Customer Service/S/4HANA Service and Salesforce.
- Optimize existing processes using innovative technologies to support digital transformation.
- Participate in overarching working groups and communities of practice to help shape technological foundations.
- Integrate adjacent systems as part of the product development process.
- Conduct education and training sessions for the key-user community.
- Improve existing business processes by resolving support tickets, including incidents and minor changes, and contribute to process improvement and harmonization.
- Act as the contact person for and manage external implementation service providers.
- Initial or hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service is highly desirable.

The investment will enhance access to next-generation NMR technologies, including 800 MHz?class instrumentation. The investment is centered on a Bruker AV NEO-X 800 MHz spectrometer equipped with a cryogenically cooled MAS CryoProbe, complemented by several additional NMR systems and upgrades supporting solid-state, solution-state and Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) research.
