Customer Service Representative
About the job
- Previous experience in retail, paint supply, construction supply, or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to learn product knowledge and provide application guidance.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use Epicor Biztrack point-of-sale software.
- Physical ability to stand for the majority of the shift and repeatedly lift, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and through digital channels.
- Provide accurate product information, application guidance, and basic technical support for paint and coatings.
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and special requests using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit, and account transactions accurately.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders, including color matching and tinting services.
- Maintain product displays, tinting stations, and a clean, organized sales floor.
- Communicate with contractors and account customers about order status, product availability, and lead times.
- Support inventory control through restocking, labeling, and assisting with cycle counts.
- Perform duties in alignment with Bee Green’s mission and core values.
- Bilingual English and Spanish language ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
