Requirements
- A higher-education qualification in computer science at Bac+5 level.
- At least 8 years of proven experience architecting and administering unified communications solutions, particularly Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Advanced knowledge of unified communications and cloud telephony concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams and Exchange.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft Teams telephony ecosystem, including voice, meetings, audioconferencing devices, and Audiocodes solutions.
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for unified communications applications, including Teams, Outlook, and Zoom, and for Exchange Online.
- Resolve complex level 3 unified-communications incidents in collaboration with international teams.
- Implement and maintain unified-communications and audiovisual monitoring solutions.
- Coordinate projects related to unified communications and Microsoft 365.
- Administer the Exchange Hybrid environment, including mailboxes and distribution lists.
- Provide expert level 2 and level 3 support for Exchange Online, including mailbox and distribution-list management.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and generate reports.
- Propose adoption of new features and continuous improvement of telephony and Microsoft 365 applications, while working directly with international teams to adopt and challenge decisions.
- Act as the point of reference for optimal use of Microsoft 365 applications, including Loop, To-Do, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, within Deloitte France and French-speaking Africa.
- Create and deliver regular training sessions for users to promote effective adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Develop communication materials and detailed user guides for new users and feature updates.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including support procedures for Microsoft 365 services.
