About the job
- A successfully completed degree focused on human resources, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized or international company.
- Experience in corporate structures and collaboration with works councils.
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Experience supporting and developing leaders, ideally through coaching or mentoring approaches.
- A strong service orientation and the ability to understand different target groups, from the shop floor to management.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident presence, with the ability to communicate clearly, objectively, and solution-oriented in demanding situations.
- A structured, self-directed, pragmatic, and hands-on working style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally experience with modern human resources information systems or enterprise resource planning systems.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Advise and support leaders on all operational and strategic human resources topics.
- Implement and further develop human resources processes, policies, and best practices.
- Support organizational and change processes and assist with introducing new human resources initiatives.
- Advise and coach leaders in performance management, talent development, and employee development.
- Plan and conduct workshops, seminars, and training on human resources-related topics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize human resources processes and develop and implement sustainable improvement measures.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with international human resources teams and relevant stakeholders within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa organization.
- Provide comprehensive human resources support for the service area, covering approximately 450 employees.
