- Ensure the technical condition, safety, compliance, and presentation of equipment offered for rental.
- Maintain and repair equipment, diagnose breakdowns, perform on-site repairs when necessary, and inspect work completed by subcontractors.
- Plan the activities of the workshop and yard team, conduct a weekly yard inspection with the yard manager, and arrange or provide training for the workshop team when needed.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders; verify the conformity of received parts and purchased services.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity records up to date, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
- Prepare progress reports comparing completed work with established objectives.
- Manage the stock of parts and consumables.
- Participate in evaluating local suppliers.
