  • Develop and improve simulation best practices.

About the Company

Alloy Enterprises

Rapid fabrication of complex aluminum components

Alloy Enterprises makes aluminum components using a semisolid diffusion process for rapid, cost-efficient fabrication of complex parts like cold plates with internal channels, heatsinks, chillers, brackets, and connectors. The process eliminates the need for specialized molds and reduces material use, enabling fast prototyping and scalable production across product families. The company pursues mass customization, delivering multiple versions per family to support new product development, high-volume manufacturing, and reshoring, especially in thermal management. Its goal is to provide high-quality, affordable aluminum parts at scale while shortening development cycles and reducing supply chain risk for customers.
