- Proven track record of delivering on time

- Ability to execute independently in an ambiguous environment
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change
- Self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions
- Experience with SQL & Looker preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Play a meaningful role in developing and executing on Marketplace’s strategic revenue initiatives
- Own the merchandising strategy and analyze performance to optimize future placements
- Assist in structuring and executing various pricing constructs
- Help operationalize the business strategy for Affirm’s consumer incentives business
- Conduct analysis to drive business understanding and inform go-to-market approach
- Build and scale business operations, including app management and new feature launches
- Act as a liaison between Marketplace Revenue and Consumer Marketing teams
