  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience working in an analytical or operations role at a fast-paced tech company
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
  • Proven track record of delivering on time
  • Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process development
  • Ability to execute independently in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change
  • Self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions
  • Experience with SQL & Looker preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Responsibilities
  • Play a meaningful role in developing and executing on Marketplace’s strategic revenue initiatives
  • Own the merchandising strategy and analyze performance to optimize future placements
  • Assist in structuring and executing various pricing constructs
  • Help operationalize the business strategy for Affirm’s consumer incentives business
  • Conduct analysis to drive business understanding and inform go-to-market approach
  • Build and scale business operations, including app management and new feature launches
  • Act as a liaison between Marketplace Revenue and Consumer Marketing teams
