About the job
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Define, acquire, transfer, accept, validate, release, and install production processes and equipment according to Bosch standards.
- Fulfill APQP planning for EWAK runs, pre-PVs, PVs, and SOP.
- Participate with manufacturing planning on projects and new releases.
- Participate with Lead Plant and Development on manufacturing process definition, product handling, cycle time, and hardware.
- Define and display process parameters based on development specifications and standards, including DMDs, VVTs, VA, and DI.
- Define equipment spare parts.
- Define and apply total productive maintenance activities, schedules, and training.
- Use Bosch standards to make process modifications and changes, including PCRs and ECRs.
- Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan activities for assigned current and new processes.
- Define test coverage for the ICT process.
- Implement, maintain, and improve the offline SMT manufacturing process, including ICT, fly-in probe, and pre-programming.
- Ensure technical availability of equipment across all shifts.
- Fulfill Value Stream KPIs, including IDC, FOR, first-pass yield, Nu Rel, technical downtime, and CT.
- Support new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation in the production environment, including MEA and EWAK.
- Develop processes and instructions, prepare training materials for technicians, and develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
