Responsibilities
  • Promoting, managing performance review, retention, commercialization, and selling of the D2C Media VBDC service to dealerships
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Managing complaints on VBDC product and following up with customers
  • Participating in the D2C Media escalation process for VBDC product
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and offering VBDC service aligned with their business implementation
  • Defining and tracking KPIs to assess the effectiveness of CRM customer engagement with the product
  • Understanding the competition and building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Developing strategic plans to promote VBDC service, increase market share, and achieve sales targets
  • Nurturing prospects and facilitating the proposal process
  • Participating in VBDC delivery
  • Monitoring sales performance and improving knowledge
  • Participating in product sessions and VBDC meetings
