About the job
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and closing shifts as needed; daytime shifts are also available.
- Be able to work with little supervision.
- Be able to multitask and handle competing priorities.
- Be able to walk and stand for most of the shift.
- Be able to lift, push, and carry items weighing 25 to 30 pounds.
- Hold a valid Alberta ProServe Certification.
- Travel across the SAIT campus to provide hospitality service.
- Work with the SAIT Curated Catering Kitchen team to support the customer experience.
- Complete setup and teardown, provide banquet-style service, and assist guests.
- Bartending experience is an asset.
- Experience in a food and beverage environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of banquet food service techniques is an asset.
