Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in French and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer development, Computer Management, Business Informatics, or related experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the web, software, and/or video game development industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst, product owner, or related role.
  • Experience developing quality software or digital solutions, including web applications, mobile applications, and websites.
  • Experience scoping and evaluating projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of the issues and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience delivering various types of projects, including time-and-material and fixed-price projects, across different business verticals.
  • Knowledge of business analysis best practices and related tools.
  • Comfort using modern artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, organize information, generate drafts, summarize discussions, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Curiosity about emerging artificial intelligence capabilities and willingness to continuously evolve working methods.
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams in varied contexts.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, identify, document, and define the client's business context.
  • Assist clients in determining the value of their projects.
  • Perform user-needs analysis and document the needs for the implementation team.
  • Convert clients' business needs and objectives into functional requirements.
  • Participate in solution design and specify business rules.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and serve as a frontline advisor to internal and external teams.
  • Propose working methods, templates, or tools inspired by best practices to increase efficiency.
  • Improve and develop tools or templates in collaboration with other teams to properly document received information.
