Requirements
  • Possess a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology or Doctorate of Psychology with a clinical and/or forensic background, and be actively licensed in clinical forensic or police and public safety.
  • Actively licensed Psychologist in any of the fifty United States or territories.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of clinical and/or forensic psychology.
  • Expertise in behavioral psychology, threat assessment, and profiling; experience in federal security environments.
  • Top Secret/Highly Sensitive security clearance is required (LCAT clearance) for individuals actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position (H-1B or TN visas not offered).
  • Background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, and possibly credit and motor vehicle checks; drug testing may be required for designated positions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify potential insider threats within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Possess a forensic background with experience in threat assessment and support to counterintelligence.
  • Demonstrated understanding of making eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Department of Defense population through work experience directly supporting the military or Department of Defense.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with the broader threat professional community.
  • American Board of Professional Psychology Certification in Clinical Forensic or Police and Public Safety (desirable).
