Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience managing Finance and Accounting processes and systems
  • Strong acumen in financial management, financial processes and systems, data governance and business analytics
  • Experience leading and developing a team of systems analysts
  • Knowledge and understanding of business relationship management, system analysis, governance, project management and software development lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects under strict timelines
  • Project management skills; financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management
  • Hands-on experience with financial applications like Coupa, High Radius, Concur, SAP S4, Oracle EBS, Catalyst, Emagia, Get Paid, or Ariba
  • Strong knowledge of master data management and concepts
  • Experience with technical coding/query languages like SQL, Python, VB.Net, C#, C++, etc.
  • Experience in a multi-system landscape support
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance controls
Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with internal customers
  • Provide leadership for developing, implementing, and servicing Finance and Accounting systems
  • Manage analysis, modeling, and monitoring of Finance and Accounting processes and systems
  • Lead the design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Finance and Accounting systems
  • Identify business requirements and re-engineer current processes
  • Partner with IT on system development and configuration projects
  • Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements with Finance and Accounting organization
  • Act as a change champion for standardized policies and systems
  • Analyze financial transactions and data to support decision-making
