Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • At least 10 years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with a proven ability to deliver results is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional forums that deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Identify and communicate key performance indicators tied to process optimization and improved speed to market.
  • Use agile methodology to manage marketing programs that support product goals.
  • Adapt ways of working and processes to address prioritization, resource, and operational challenges.
  • Drive adoption of Workfront across the team to manage and progress marketing projects effectively.
  • Ensure the agile operating model supports alternative marketing channels such as trade shows and other banker initiatives.
  • Include the necessary internal partners in appropriate forums to ensure marketing programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.

  • Advanced knowledge of the assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp products and services.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to market.
  • Strong project management experience, including leading recurring team meetings, planning discussions, project reviews, and follow-up conversations that keep work moving forward.
  • Ability to manage intake, prioritization, and backlog maintenance processes so work is assigned and advanced effectively.
  • Ability to develop and maintain planning materials, calendars, milestone communications, and feedback loops that support continuous improvement.
  • Experience using Workfront or a similar work management tool to support workflow implementation, adoption, and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments completed on time and on budget.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
  • An MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement is a plus.

U.S. Bancorp posts record $7.7B revenue, raises 2026 outlook to 7-9% growth on BTIG strength

U.S. Bancorp reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with earnings per share of $1.35, up approximately 22% year-over-year, and record net revenue of $7.7 billion. Return on tangible common equity reached 18.7%, whilst the efficiency ratio improved to 57.1%. Fee income rose 13.2% year-over-year, driven by the recently completed BTIG acquisition. BTIG generated approximately $98 million in revenue during its first month, the strongest monthly performance in its history. The company expects BTIG to contribute roughly $200 million per quarter in the second half of 2026. Average loans totalled $405 billion, up 7.1% year-over-year. Net interest income increased 7.5% to $4.4 billion. The bank raised its 2026 revenue outlook to 7% to 9% growth, up from the previous 4% to 6% range.
