  • 10+ years of experience UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of successful projects including user experience designer with a strong portfolio of design projects including detailed descriptions, leading and managing design teams and having proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Strong understanding and application of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to proactively lead user research activities and workshops and experience with Sketch, InVision, Figma, and be knowledgeable of UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies for both responsive and mobile app designs to take incomplete requirements and producing consistent, usable wireframes and mockups.
  • Ability to embrace uncertainty and challenge a team with new ideas in an ambiguous environment and ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-year strategy in line with overarching digital platform agenda to support delivery of net revenue growth, margin, subscription and conversion rate optimization, and long-term value initiatives.
  • Generate multi-year vision with ownership of the 'product' growth strategy and execution by conducting self-managed UX research to discover and/or validate the impact of the features that enhance our customer experience.
  • Provide a superior user experience for the customer via overseeing the user research process to gather insights into user behavior and preferences, analyzing data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements, and leading the creation of user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across products, oversee the creation of interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback, conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback, and establish UX related best-practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. Work with cross functional partners acting as the voice of the customer and clearly communicating your design recommendations to critical stakeholders to help build user empathy throughout the organization, including close connection with engineers and software developers.
  • Mentor, coach and develop talent on DTC team.
  • Engage with Subscription, Mobile, Storefront, and other Product Managers to create a cohesive and enhanced experience.
  • Create and implement new and/or innovative ways to craft useful experiences through diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that allow stakeholders to see the user journey through new product features & solutions.
