Requirements
  • Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in E-commerce and Revenue analytics (ideally in a high-growth Direct-to-Consumer environment)
  • Communication and synthesis: A strong, persuasive communicator with the ability to distill complex, multi-variate analyses into simple, digestible, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Platform mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4, Heap, and Shopify; must be a power user of Excel for advanced modeling and data stitching
  • Technical agility: Advanced SQL skills and a proven ability to quickly learn and master new platform UIs, or business intelligence tools (Sigma)
  • Business intelligence expertise: Direct experience with Sigma and/or Looker (LookML). Experience navigating BI migrations is a major plus
  • Metric fluency: Expert-level understanding of the e-commerce funnel, customer behavior metrics, and the interplay between promotional elasticity and site performance
  • Collaborative bridge: Proven experience acting as a technical liaison between Data Engineering/Tech teams and E-commerce stakeholders to drive high-impact projects
  • Growth mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and is excited by the prospect of building scalable processes from the ground up
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on the performance of product listing pages and detail pages to ensure optimal user flow and product discovery
  • Analyze device performance and funnel variances between Mobile and Desktop to identify UX opportunities or technical friction
  • Analyze collection launch and site performance by traffic channel to understand how segments interact with site features
  • Own reporting for Discount vs. Non-Discount sales, Promo vs. Non-Promo lift, and the performance of New vs. Repeat customers over time
  • Support continuous forecasting and re-forecasting of site KPIs broken down by traffic channel and customer segment (New vs. Repeat)
  • Track real-time performance against forecasts and historical benchmarks, providing proactive flash reports on Average Order Value, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor when the business is over/under-indexing
  • Partner with external vendors to track market share and competitor activity, translating external market shifts into context for internal performance
  • Lead the exploration of customer data by stitching together first-party data (geo, cohort, products purchased) with third-party datasets to build a 360-degree view of the Ruggable shopper
  • Own the end-to-end refresh of the Quarterly Consumer Snapshot deck, providing the definitive narrative on customer demographics and shifting purchase behaviors
  • Serve as the primary analytical liaison for the Commercial team, ensuring customer insights are not just reported, but are consistently applied to product launches, marketing creative, and site strategy
  • Lead the analysis for A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Optimizely and Ninetailed, ensuring statistical significance and internal validation of all test outcomes and incremental lift
  • Translate complex test results into clear, so-what narratives that provide the Digital team with scalable recommendations for optimization
  • Lead the buildout and validation of automated eCommerce dashboards in Sigma, translating complex business logic into intuitive, self-service reporting for stakeholders
  • Partner with Data Engineering to optimize Snowflake tables and implement rigorous validation/alerting systems, ensuring our data infrastructure remains the absolute source of truth
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of weekly and monthly business reviews, providing context-rich narratives that diagnose the impact of site merchandising and product launches
  • Bridge the gap between Tech and Digital leadership by translating commercial needs into technical specifications (e.g., event tracking requirements)
  • Rapidly respond to high-stakes requests from leadership by stitching together data from disparate sources—Shopify, Heap, Optimizely, Ninetailed, and Constructor—to provide decision-ready insights
Desired Qualifications
  • Data engineering exposure: Experience working within Snowflake or AWS environments and a solid understanding of data warehousing and governance
  • Coding exposure: Experience with R or Python for data manipulation
  • Engineering workflow: Familiarity with version control (e.g., GitHub) and working within an agile framework alongside Data Engineering teams

Ruggable, Anthropologie team up on rug collection. The partnership includes seven tufted rugs and three doormats in varying sizes and is part of a broader distribution effort by the DTC brand. Dive brief: * DTC rug brand Ruggable has collaborated with Anthropologie on a collection of rugs and doormats that went live Wednesday, according to details emailed to Retail Dive. * Available on both the Ruggable and Anthropologie websites, as well as in Anthropologie Home Design Centers, the collection includes seven tufted rugs and three doormats. The rugs come in varying sizes and are priced between $139 and $1,449. The doormats are priced from $159 to $259. * The launch is indicative of Ruggable's broader expansion efforts, a priority of CEO Nicole Otto, who joined the brand in January after a 16-year career at Nike and two years as global brand president of The North Face. Dive insight: Ruggable's collection with Anthropologie is part of a larger strategy to broaden awareness and distribution. "Ruggable's expansion with Anthropologie represents a strategic step in meeting consumers where they naturally seek inspiration, both today and as we look ahead," Otto said in an email. "Being present in one of the most respected retail destinations in the home space allows us to introduce our washability and elevated design to consumers in a setting where they can experience the craftsmanship, texture, and quality of our rugs firsthand." Ruggable also recently collaborated with Architectural Digest on a collection curated by its global interiors and garden director, Alison Levasseur. Such collections have potential benefits for brand awareness, according to GlobalData Managing Director Neil Saunders. "The market for DTC firms remains tough although, in homewares, there has been some growth this year, which is helpful," Saunders said in an email. "The key for a firm like Ruggable is to find ways to create visibility around the brand - which a collection with Anthropologie will do. This is about standing out and creating points of interest." Founded in 2017 by Jeneva Bell, the privately held Ruggable went through a restructuring in 2023 that included the departure of 100 corporate employees. Former CEO Nathan Baldwin also left in 2023 and Ruggable did not fill the CEO role until Otto joined almost a year ago. In the past two years, Ruggable has taken steps to expand its international presence and leadership team. The company opened an international plant in Poland earlier this year to serve customers in Western Europe. Otto has also brought on new members of the executive team, including Restoration Hardware veteran Maria O'Brien as head of design, Nike alum Lauren Sherman as chief marketing officer and VF Corp. veteran Sarah Kleinmann as vice president and general manager of the Americas.
