Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' natural lashes and provide expert advice on suitable lash styles and lengths.
  • Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process.
  • Provide lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilize tools, and follow proper sanitation protocols.
  • Stay current with the latest eyelash-extension trends and techniques.
  • Provide customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and build strong client relationships.
  • Perform lash applications using LUUM's robotic lash system after completing provided training.

The system analyzes each client's eye shape and lash features, then a robotic applicator positions and applies extensions with motorized precision, supported by software that learns from results to improve accuracy over time.
