- A diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in .NET development is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development is required.
- At least 5 years of experience on an enterprise SaaS development team is required.
- Experience with ERP product development is required.
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent in day-to-day development is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing unit and integration tests in both backend and frontend is required.
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines is required.
- Hands-on experience with containerized applications is required.
- A proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management is required.
- A proven track record in creating and managing strong product-driven standards is required.
- Strong written and oral English communication is required.
- A quality mindset and attention to detail are required.
- Evaluate technical designs to ensure they fit product standards.
- Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product.
- Define technical and coding standards, and define and participate in code reviews.
- Code complex solutions and prototypes.
- Use AI-assisted or agentic coding tools in day-to-day development.
- Define and manage the product release process, and document application architecture.
- Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems, and develop and execute ITDs.
- Mentor and educate developers, and interact with other teams as the platform technical expert.
- Experience with agentic or multi-agent workflows, including directing development, testing, or review agents.
- DevOps experience.
- Experience with heavy T-SQL or legacy VB6 modernization.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a technology-related field.
- Previous remote-work experience.
