Responsibilities
  • Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.
  • Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.
  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • 6+ years of business experience, particularly in email campaign production management
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder and Journey Builder
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
  • Successful experience partnering with internal clients and external developers
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to track multiple, concurrent job statuses; works effectively under tight deadlines, adhering to process calendars
  • Experience with Confluence and/or Jira a plus
  • Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness and strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; role requires collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
  • Intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and the ability to solve problems creatively
  • HTML literacy (knowledge of the coding essentials)
