Five to ten years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Extensive experience across Banking or FinTech.
Demonstrated ability to deploy and scale AI solutions, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and speech-to-text.
Strategic thinking around designing and building product roadmaps.
Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
Responsibilities
Oversee products such as virtual assistants, autonomous agents, and speech-to-text solutions.
Clarify product functional specifications according to the agile methodology.
Work with and manage business stakeholders (internal clients) to define needs and requirements and deliver high-value products.
Develop and convey a compelling three-year product vision.
Work in squads of six to ten data scientists, machine learning engineers, and UX/UI designers, reporting to the Cluster Product Owner.
Build and prioritize a robust backlog based on the business's strategic needs.
Understand product dependencies and identify roadblocks in the product cycle.
Plan continuously and turn the product vision into reality.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters.
