About the Company

D3

Tokenizes domains to enable Web3 assets

D3 Global, Inc. is building a Web3 layer for domain names by tokenizing traditional DNS assets into programmable blockchain-backed assets. Its Doma Protocol creates an ICANN-compliant blockchain to bring DomainFi to the domain space, enabling features like fractional ownership, using domains as loan collateral, and trading on on-chain marketplaces. This approach links registrars, investors, developers, and Web3 communities to monetize and liquefy the 362 million+ existing domains and future names. The company differentiates itself through deep domain expertise, decades of registry experience, and partnerships with registrars (e.g., EnCirca) and major blockchain ecosystems (Solana, Avalanche) to launch Web3-native TLDs such as .APE and .NEAR. Its goal is to establish a new financial ecosystem around domain names, increasing liquidity and monetization opportunities for domain owners while connecting Web2 DNS to Web3 infrastructure.
