Requirements
  • Experience in a healthcare agency delivering content projects and multi-channel communication solutions.
  • Experience in healthcare, including prescription-only medicine and consumer healthcare, is essential.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to multitask.
  • A creative and analytical approach with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information.
  • Experience with pharma approval software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High-level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver campaigns for healthcare clients as part of the agency team.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and proactively identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Own assigned accounts and projects under the guidance of an Account Director, translate briefs into action, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of desired results.
  • Understand clients’ business sectors and closely monitor competitors.
  • Recommend campaign optimizations based on performance analysis.
  • Manage the Veeva PromoMats approval process on behalf of clients when appropriate.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats would be beneficial.
  • A life sciences degree is desirable.
