Requirements
  • Prior customer-facing federal government advisory experience at the agency level.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to pass government background check requirements and have or obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • At least five years of project management and supervisory experience.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Army's financial and budgetary processes and procedures, including automated financial records systems and programs and contract closeout processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ProSidian Contractor operations.
Responsibilities
  • Provide logistics program support for the FORSCOM G-4 Army Audit Readiness Review and Compliance program.
  • Provide oversight and track program execution activities across FORSCOM subordinate units, including the Global Combat Support System–Army, Campaign on Property Accountability, and Contract Closeout Administrative Support Team.
  • Ensure logistics internal controls, processes, procedures, activities, execution, and documentation comply with the Army Audit Readiness Program mandate regarding mission-critical assets.
  • Monitor compliance and coordinate and support follow-on testing, evaluations, reviews, and audit-readiness activities.
  • Review after-action reports and provide liaison support to Army Audit Readiness teams during field-level and centralized testing.
  • Support implementation and follow-up of corrective actions and reviews.
  • Support the fielding, training, and life-cycle activities of the Global Combat Support System–Army program.
  • Work with an Alternate Program Manager and be responsible for performance of the work under the contract.
