A Hauptschulabschluss is required.
Interest in mechanics, plant and assembly technology, metalworking, and control technology including pneumatics.

Responsibilities

Complete a 3.5-year apprenticeship, with possible shortening, learning to manufacture, set up, or modify assembly fixtures, equipment, and production systems.
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes and perform repair and maintenance tasks.
Set up, configure, and operate production systems and inspect the quality of finished products.
Participate actively in varied tasks, work independently, and contribute personal ideas during the apprenticeship.
Attend vocational school in Freudenstadt for 1.5 days per week, studying mechanics, pneumatics, and control technology.
Potentially participate in assignments at one of the company's international subsidiaries.

Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen am Standort Tumlingen in unserem Bereich Personal-Ausbildung dich als Auszubildenden zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Produktionstechnik mit Ausbildungsbeginn Herbst 2027.

In der 3,5-jährigen Ausbildung (Verkürzung möglich) lernst du, unterschiedliche Montagevorrichtungen, Geräte und Produktionsanlagen herzustellen, einzurichten oder umzubauen.
Du überwachst und optimierst Fertigungsprozesse und übernimmst Reparatur- und Wartungsaufgaben.
Das Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Produktionsanlagen gehört ebenso dazu wie das Prüfen der Qualität unserer Endprodukte.
Du wirst aktiv in die abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten eingebunden, darfst eigenverantwortlich mitarbeiten und somit bereits in der Ausbildung deine eigenen Ideen einbringen.
In unseren zahlreichen Seminaren und Ausbildungsprojekten kannst du deine Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit unter Beweis stellen. Auch Auslandseinsätze in einer unserer Landesgesellschaften sind möglich.

Berufsschule:

Heinrich-Schickhardt-Schule in Freudenstadt (1,5 Tage pro Woche)
Schwerpunkte: Mechanik, Pneumatik und Steuerungstechnik
