  • 5+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, or similar at a technology company.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience, particularly with AI/ML frameworks or infrastructure technologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with API integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
  • Experience building and maintaining demos or proof-of-concepts for technical products.
  • Eagerness to gain experience in marketing and customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on demos that highlight the unique features of Uniphore’s GenAI capabilities.
  • Develop compelling, hands-on demos that demonstrate the technical capabilities of our products in real-world scenarios.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to support the positioning of these demos during product launches, events, and customer engagements.
  • Present and demonstrate the Uniphore’s GenAI platform to industry analysts, showcasing its capabilities and value in key discussions and evaluations.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies and customer-facing presentations, helping you expand your skill set beyond pure development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in AI, machine learning, and GenAI infrastructure to ensure that demos reflect cutting-edge technology and trends.
  • Support field teams with demo-related content, training, and guidance during customer presentations and events.
