Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Leader in managing daily site operations and addressing operational challenges.
  • Relay site goals, procedures, and updates to team members.
  • Support a positive and collaborative work environment and help resolve team issues.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards and implement process improvements.
  • Lead site operations in the absence of the Site Leader.
  • Ensure employees receive proper training, resources, and personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state, and company safety and environmental programs.
  • Oversee site contract execution and adherence to environmental, health, safety, operating, maintenance, and emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor project delivery performance and coordinate problem resolution.
  • Manage resources, communicate business initiatives and goals, and evaluate and mentor the team.
  • Typically supervise fewer than 10 full-time employees.
  • Implement and enforce operational safety protocols and conduct safety training and awareness programs.
  • Monitor and report safety performance metrics, including incident rates and near-misses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with site-level customers and stakeholders and respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor and report site-level financial transactions and optimize resource utilization.
  • Independently manage facilities generally less than 1 million gallons per day or support the Site Leader with facilities generally between 1 and 5 million gallons per day.
  • Perform the physical duties described in the posting, including standing, walking, climbing, sitting, reaching, and lifting.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems relevant to water and wastewater facilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems used in treatment plants is preferred.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems for process monitoring and automation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with water quality testing and analysis techniques is desirable.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements is desirable.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and processes are desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is desirable.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. The company achieved €195 million in efficiency gains during the period. Veolia completed its acquisition of Cleaners in the United States, which contributed to net financial debt of €24.5 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 current net income growth guidance to at least 8%, citing strong operational performance and well-controlled financial charges. Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale
