About the job
- Completed vocational training in information technology or comparable practically acquired knowledge with several years of professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Good knowledge of media technology.
- Experience working with mobile devices.
- Knowledge of printer administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL version 3 or ITIL version 4.
- Experience providing IT user support and onsite support.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to provide a current criminal-record extract no older than three months.
- Provide support for Windows endpoints and mobile phones in close coordination with customers.
- Analyze IT incidents and independently resolve faults.
- Support VIP users.
- Support and maintain media technology.
- Provide support for print services.
- Independently process and complete assigned tasks.
- Plan and implement software rollouts and updates.
- Collaborate closely with the development department and other specialist departments.
- Set up and maintain flex-desk workstations.
- Perform IMAC-D tasks: install, move, add, change, and dispose.
