About the job
- Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructor permit.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the course material.
- Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices.
- Be able to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom.
- Be able to deliver effective public speaking and communication to adults of all ages.
- Be able to understand and teach real estate math concepts.
- Be able and willing to teach a minimum of three different real estate courses.
- Be willing to teach evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
- Explain course material to students rather than simply reading it.
- Operate and present courses through PowerPoint slide presentations and use required equipment, including a microphone, electronic whiteboard, and Zoom.
- Exhibit ethical behavior in the classroom.
- Adhere to dress codes and maintain a neat appearance.
- Start and end classes at the prescribed times.
- Cooperate with staff requests concerning classroom documentation.
- Conduct classes in compliance with Colibri, Gold Coast, and State of Florida guidelines.
- Promote other Gold Coast programs and products to Gold Coast students.
- Adhere strictly to Colibri and Gold Coast policies and guidelines.
