Requirements
  • Experience providing logistic support for major systems.
  • A B.A. or B.S. degree, or certification as a Professional Logistician with four additional years of related experience.
  • Five to eight years of logistics experience, or the stated alternative Professional Logistician certification route with four additional years of related experience.
  • Experience in logistics program development and the ability to manage logistics activities throughout a product's lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to work without H-1B or TN visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute logistic program activities from the conceptual stage through the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement logistics program activities, including integrated logistics support, technical documentation, reliability, availability, and maintainability, and provisioning.
  • Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel.
  • Resolve logistics problems.
  • Compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
