About the job
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is required.
- A current New York State Registered Nurse license is required.
- At least two years of nursing practice and Charge Nurse or equivalent experience are required.
- The candidate must pursue specialty certification and complete it within two years.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
- Manage patient-care delivery across the unit.
- Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.
- Work four shifts between Monday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on-site.
- A Master of Science in Nursing degree is preferred.
