  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Deep understanding of the print and digital advertising landscape
  • Effective communicator who can inspire others to achieve their best
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, organized, energetic, and able to thrive in a high growth organization
  • Prior agency and brand direct relationships is a plus
  • Media and/or real estate experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Facilitate sales of integrated advertising packages across TRD’s suite of print and digital ad products + events
  • Track sales activity through the company’s CRM system (HubSpot) and ensure activity goals are met
  • Mentor team on sales practices and product knowledge
  • Assist in the recruitment of new sales representatives and train new team members
  • Set expectations with the Executive team through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity reporting
  • Implement a strategic sales plan with each member of the sales team
