About the job
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available after school on weekdays, starting at 2:30 p.m.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
- Must be able to commit to at least one full seasonal session.
- Must complete a clean background check.
- Must be comfortable communicating with children and parents.
- Must have a passion for working with children and coaching sports.
- Teach tennis to children ages 5–14 at schools or community locations.
- Incorporate education, character development, and proper etiquette into youth sports instruction.
- Prioritize fun and safety while coaching.
- Work as a lead or assistant coach, according to assignment.
- Coaching experience is not required; staff are trained on the TGA curriculum.
- Compensation is available for travel when asked to drive more than 10 miles to a location.
